Return and Refund Policy

Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any product that has been customized with names, dates, photos, or other personal details specific to your order.

Please review your personalization details carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in personalization that were entered incorrectly by the customer.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number
  • Provide photos of the item if there is a quality concern
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (personalized or non-personalized), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
